Beautiful newer property. Friendly staff. Nice and abundant amenities. Great location off 101. Unfortunately the 2 times that I've stayed here I've been denied a room upgrade with my Titanium Bonvoy status which is why I did not give 5 stars.
Stayed here as a block of rooms for a wedding. Honestly did not expect it to be so nice. It was incredibly clean, so nicely updated. The beds were very comfortable. The views were great and the staff was so helpful. It was perfectly situated to easily get to Thousand Oaks and Calabasas. I'm sad I didn't have time to hang out by the pool, it looked lovely.
This place is centrally located if you are here for business or leisure. Over the hill south and you're in the valley and headed to L.A. or north you're in Thousand Oaks and headed to Ventura. Easy canyon run west and you're in Malibu. The front of house staff is fantastic and very accommodating. The only reason I'm giving the rooms a 4 star instead of 5 is because of the odd arrangement regarding closet space. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and one room have about 2 feet of hanging space for shirts but nothing longer than that. The other room has no closet. Not a big deal typically but when travelling for work, it's not ideal. Outside of that, this is a fantastic find. Clean, friendly service, good daily breakfast and complimentary parking.
This is a wonderful place to stay. The front desk staff to the oatmeal bar were all fantastic. Rooms have little kitchenette. I love this! Super clean and very very safe surroundings. This is a quiet and peaceful hotel. Breakfast staff is soooo nice too. My son will be attending a university nearby and I will stay here everything I come down. Thank you
Beautiful hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great view. Good view. Breakfast was delicious. The staff at breakfast was very welcoming and friendly. David ( breakfast staff) was very welcoming, friendly, and asked if we needed anything. We loved our stay.
